It has extremely good transport links sporting one of the busiest bus routes in Europe and a train station nearby. The popular area of Wilmslow rd is the heartbeat of the district and offers many bars, coffee houses, shops and other popular facilities. Didsbury
Tends to offer a more expensive level of accommodation, more popular with people specifically looking for an alternative to Fallowfield. The bars, restaurants etc all are slightly more expensive but the general level of accommodation is a touch higher. The area is not student intensive and you do find more families, couples and such looking to rent in this area.
